Acceptance of Terms

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Make payments according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• Client retains ownership of their original data and business information
• Brandenburg Data Consulting retains ownership of proprietary methodologies and tools
• Deliverables created specifically for the client become client property upon full payment
• Both parties respect each other's existing intellectual property rights

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data and business information. Our team members are bound by non-disclosure agreements, and we implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive information.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Limitation of Liability

Brandenburg Data Consulting's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide services "as is" and make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in service agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

• 30-day written notice for ongoing services
• Immediate termination for breach of contract
• Completion of agreed project scope
• Mutual agreement between parties
